"Kelachandra Machines" offer following modernisation programmes to customers using old conventional rubber mixing mills.
- conversion of alloy bronze / sleeve bearing bushes to more efficient anti-friction double row spherical roller bearings for considerable power savings. Existing bearing housings and rolls will be retained and modified as far as possible.
- conversion of existing cored rolls to peripherically drilled type for better temperature control at roll surface (this is presently under development stage)
- conversion of old bull gear driven mills to either semi-unidrive or independent drive configurations
